Appointment changes, timing, and booking expectations

Appointment changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Hair Code as early as possible so the appointment time can be offered to another client. Online booking links may also provide rescheduling options when available.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, Hair Code may need to shorten, adjust, or reschedule the appointment depending on the service length and the schedule for the day. Color, highlight, AirTouch, and styling appointments may be especially time-sensitive.
No-shows
Missed appointments without notice may affect future booking eligibility or require a deposit before another appointment is reserved. Any no-show terms shown during online booking also apply.
Deposits and booking terms
Some services may require appointment terms to reserve the correct amount of time. Any deposit, cancellation, or refund rules displayed during booking are part of the appointment agreement.
Service adjustments
If your hair history, length, density, or desired result requires a different service than originally booked, Hair Code may recommend a revised service plan, timing, or price before beginning.
